KPI Green Energy Wins 300 MWac EPC Contract from Adani Group at Khavda Renewable Park

Feb 10, 2026

KPI Green Energy, part of the KP Group, has secured new electrical, civil, and allied works orders from Adani Group entities for a 300 MWac (405 MWdc) solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.

The orders have been awarded by Adani Green Energy and Adani Green Energy Six and relate to the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project. KPI Green Energy disclosed the development in a regulatory filing.

Under the scope of work, the company will execute AC and DC electrical works along with civil construction activities, including pile foundations, installation of stubs, erection of module mounting structures, and deployment of solar modules. The scope also covers installation of robotic cleaning system structures and inverter duty transformer (IDT) stations, as well as the supply of DC, AC, and high-tension electrical equipment, excluding main plant equipment.

With the latest service and purchase orders, KPI Green Energy’s cumulative contracted capacity with Adani Group entities at the Khavda site has increased to 834 MWac (1,131 MWdc). This includes an earlier order of 534 MWac (726 MWdc) received in the previous month.

The company said the fresh contracts reinforce its role as a key execution partner for large-scale utility renewable energy projects and are in line with its strategy to strengthen execution capabilities across marquee developments. Project execution will be undertaken in phases, in accordance with timelines specified in the respective service and purchase orders.
