Jan 17, 2026

KPI Green Energy has secured multiple domestic orders totaling 534 MW from Adani Group entities for the Balance of System (BoS) works associated with solar power projects at Khavda in Gujarat.

As disclosed in a regulatory filing, Adani Green Energy awarded the supply portion of the BoS contracts, while Adani Green Energy Six, its subsidiary, issued the onsite services orders. The projects will be implemented in a phased execution schedule.

The BoS supply scope covers the manufacturing and procurement of required equipment, along with packing, transportation, factory acceptance testing, and the supply of commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables, and associated materials.

The onsite services scope includes material receipt and unloading, storage, installation, testing, and commissioning, as well as civil, mechanical, and electrical works, project handover, and performance guarantee testing for the solar power projects.

According to the filing, these contracts align with KPI Green Energy’s strategy to expand its BoS and EPC capabilities in large utility-scale solar developments, reinforcing the company’s position in India’s growing renewable energy infrastructure market.
