Loom Solar Expands Manufacturing Footprint, Unveils New Technologies at REI 2025

Nov 10, 2025

Greater Noida, October 31, 2025: Loom Solar, one of India’s fastest-growing solar manufacturing companies, announced major expansion plans and launched its latest range of advanced clean energy products at the Renewable Energy India (REI) 2025 Expo. The company unveiled next-generation solar modules, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and PV inverters designed to strengthen India’s renewable energy ecosystem and accelerate the transition toward clean and self-reliant power solutions.

As part of its expansion strategy, Loom Solar announced plans to set up a 1.2 GW Giga Factory in Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to Heterojunction (HJT) solar cell technology, one of the most advanced and efficient solar technologies globally. The upcoming facility aims to boost domestic solar manufacturing, support India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative, and drive innovation in high-efficiency solar production. The company also showcased its expanded BESS portfolio ranging from 1 kWh to 5 MWh, built to replace diesel generators, ensure grid stability, and provide reliable decentralized power.

Loom Solar’s new range of Made-in-India PV inverters, available in on-grid and hybrid variants from 3 kW to 50 kW, complements its solar and storage solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. Co-Founder and Director Amod Anand said the company’s latest offerings reflect its vision of an energy-independent India. “Our focus remains on creating advanced solar, inverter, and storage solutions that make power accessible, reliable, and future-ready,” he said.

Expanding beyond the retail market, Loom Solar announced a strategic focus on the Developer and Government segments. The company aims to supply high-efficiency modules, inverters, and storage systems for large-scale projects under schemes like PM-KUSUM, and to collaborate with public sector entities such as Railways, Telecom, and DISCOMs that are driving solar adoption across India. This marks a major step in its effort to strengthen partnerships and accelerate renewable energy implementation nationwide.

With India’s energy storage market gaining momentum, Loom Solar is investing in lithium-based BESS manufacturing to address grid reliability, renewable integration, and peak load management. Its diversified product portfolio now serves homes, businesses, agriculture, and utility-scale projects — reaffirming its position as a key player in India’s clean energy landscape. Through continuous innovation and expansion, Loom Solar continues to shape a technology-driven, sustainable, and self-reliant renewable future for India.
