MNRE Seeks Stakeholder Feedback on Draft Application Form for ALMM Enrolment of Solar PV Cells

The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) has invited feedback on the draft Application Form for enrolling solar PV cell models and manufacturers under the Approved List of Models & Manufacturers (ALMM). This follows MNRE’s Office Memorandum dated December 9, 2024, regarding the implementation of ALMM for solar PV cells.

Stakeholders, including manufacturers, developers, and industry associations, are encouraged to review the draft and submit their comments or suggestions via email by March 11, 2025. This consultation aims to ensure transparency and efficiency in the ALMM framework, which plays a crucial role in promoting quality solar components in India’s renewable energy sector.
