NFRA Engo Secures INR 519.33 Crore Railway Infrastructure Contract in Uttar Pradesh

NFRA Engo Ltd. has been awarded a major infrastructure contract by Mirzapur Thermal Energy (UP) Private Limited for work at a 2x800 MW thermal power project in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. The order involves comprehensive development and execution of civil works, including earthwork, bridges, station buildings, and permanent way (P-way) components for railway infrastructure.
The contract has been issued by a domestic entity and follows an item rate/BOQ (Bill of Quantities) structure. The total value of the project stands at Rs519.33 crore, inclusive of taxes, highlighting a substantial addition to the company’s order book.
The execution timeline for the project has been set at 18 months. According to the disclosed details, there is no involvement of promoter group entities in the awarding company, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
