NREDCAP Declares Successful Bidders for 233.33 MW Rooftop Solar Auction Under PM Surya Ghar Scheme

The New and Renewable Energy Development Corporation of Andhra Pradesh (NREDCAP) has announced the results of its 233.33 MW rooftop solar auction conducted under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.

The tender, issued on December 11, 2025, aims to deploy rooftop solar systems of up to 2 kW each for 116,663 consumers belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities across Andhra Pradesh. A total of 19 bidders have been selected under the auction.

Sadbhav Futuretech emerged as the largest winner, securing 64.5 MW of capacity. Ecozen Solutions was awarded 40.12 MW, followed by Ray Power Solutions with 35 MW and Enmas EPC Power Projects with 32.04 MW. Assure Energy Systems secured 16.14 MW, while the remaining bidders collectively account for 45.53 MW, taking the total awarded capacity to 233.33 MW.

The selected companies will be responsible for the complete execution of the rooftop solar projects, including site surveys, system design and engineering, supply of equipment, installation, testing, and commissioning. The scope also covers civil and structural works, electrical installations, cabling, and mandatory operation and maintenance (O&M) for five years.

Bidders must ensure grid connectivity approvals, complete all required documentation, and provide data acquisition systems for monitoring project performance. All project components must comply with domestic content requirements. Contracts include liquidated damages for commissioning delays of up to six months, with penalties of Rs 500 per kW per day for excess O&M downtime.
