NTPC REL Commences Commercial Power Supply from 37.50 MW of Gujarat's Sadla Solar Project

NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd (NTPC REL), a subsidiary of the power giant NTPC, has initiated the commercial supply of electricity from the first part of its Sadla solar project in Gujarat. This marks a significant milestone as 37.50 MW out of the 200 MW capacity of the Gujarat Solar PV Project became operational on December 21, 2024.
With this new addition, NTPC’s total installed and operational capacity has now reached 76,598.18 MW, as per the company’s regulatory filing. This expansion highlights NTPC REL's ongoing efforts to enhance renewable energy generation in India, further strengthening the group's commitment to clean energy.
