Oyster Green Hybrid Three Partners with Kshema Power to Develop 350 MW Transmission Infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh
Dec 12, 2025
Kshema Power, a Chennai-headquartered EPC firm known for its expertise in renewable energy infrastructure, has bagged a major contract from Oyster Green Hybrid Three Pvt. Ltd. to build a 33/220 kV AIS substation for a 350 MW wind–solar hybrid project in Madhya Pradesh.
The collaboration is expected to significantly strengthen renewable energy evacuation in one of India’s most rapidly expanding clean energy regions. As part of the agreement, Kshema Power will undertake the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 51-kilometre transmission line. The scope also includes the engineering, procurement, installation, civil construction, testing, and commissioning of the AIS substation, which will function as the primary evacuation point for the hybrid project. Completion is targeted for July 2026.
Commenting on the development, Abhinand Basant, Deputy Managing Director of Kshema Power, noted that the order reinforces the industry’s trust in the company’s technical expertise and project execution capabilities. He added that the project offers an opportunity to deepen the firm’s presence in high-capacity hybrid infrastructure and continue supporting India’s clean energy ambitions.
Siddharth Bhatia, Managing Director of Oyster Green Hybrid Three Pvt. Ltd., highlighted that the partnership marks a meaningful expansion of the company’s hybrid renewable portfolio. He emphasised that both companies share a commitment to quality, timely delivery, and building reliable infrastructure that can contribute to long-term sustainable energy supply.
With hybrid renewable projects gaining momentum across India, the initiative will help enhance power evacuation efficiency by combining wind and solar generation with strong transmission systems—contributing to a more resilient and future-ready grid.
