Power Mech Secures Rs 709.56 Crore O&M Contract from Adani Group for Tiroda Thermal Plant

Power Mech Projects Limited has been awarded a major operations and maintenance (O&M) contract valued at Rs 709.56 crore by Adani Infrastructure Management Services Limited, a part of the Adani Group.

The contract involves providing comprehensive O&M services, including overhauling, for a 5x660 MW thermal power plant located in Tiroda, Maharashtra. The scope of work will be executed under a KPI-based framework, covering plant operations, maintenance activities, and performance-linked deliverables.

As per the agreement, the contract will be carried out over a period of 60 months, commencing from April 1, 2026, and continuing until March 31, 2031. The detailed scope and execution terms will follow tender specifications along with subsequent clarifications and contractual documents.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and the company confirmed that the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.

This contract further strengthens Power Mech’s presence in the thermal power services segment, particularly in long-term O&M assignments for large-scale generation assets.
