ReNew Energy Cuts Q3FY26 Loss to Rs19.8 Crore, Revenue Up 48%

ReNew Energy Global reported a net loss of Rs 19.8 crore in Q3FY26, a significant improvement from a loss of Rs 387.9 crore in Q3FY25.
The company’s total revenues for the quarter rose 48% to Rs 3,137.2 crore, up from Rs 2,119.8 crore in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA reached Rs 2,138.1 crore, a 54% increase from Rs 1,388.2 crore in Q3FY25, according to a company statement.
As of December 31, 2025, ReNew’s portfolio stood at 19.2 GW, including 1.5 GW of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), compared to 17.4 GW a year earlier. The company also operates 6.5 GW of solar module manufacturing facilities, a 2.5 GW operational solar cell facility, and a 4 GW solar cell manufacturing facility under construction.
ReNew’s commissioned capacity increased 7% year-on-year to 11.4 GW (+100 MW BESS) as of December 31, 2025. Subsequent commissioning of ~240 MW has brought the total capacity to 11.7 GW (+100 MW BESS).
The company reiterated its FY26 guidance, aiming to complete 1.8–2.4 GW of construction by the end of the fiscal year.
