Nov 22, 2025

RenewSys has entered into a 1.1 GW supply partnership with Kosol Energie to deliver high-performance POE encapsulants for the company’s advanced solar module production through September 2026.

RenewSys India and Kosol Energie—headquartered in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, respectively—have formalised a supply agreement for 1.1 GW of premium POE (polyolefin elastomer) encapsulants.

The ten-month contract, effective from December 2025 to September 2026, will support Kosol Energie’s manufacturing of next-generation, high-efficiency solar modules at its modern production facilities.

The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of senior executives from both companies, including Manan Jhala, Rakesh Singh, Avinash Hiranandani, Kalpesh Kalthia, Kayan Kalthia, and Mitesh Parikh.

Commenting on the agreement, Avinash Hiranandani, Managing Director of RenewSys, said,
“Our 1.1 GW partnership with Kosol Energie strengthens RenewSys’s commitment to delivering high-quality, India-manufactured encapsulants that comply with global performance benchmarks. We are pleased to contribute to India’s clean-energy transformation through a dependable and sustainable solar component supply ecosystem.”

Kalpesh Kalthia, Managing Director of Kosol Energie, noted,
“This collaboration ensures that Kosol continues to manufacture solar modules using top-tier components. RenewSys’s established POE technology complements our focus on quality, reliability, and long-term efficiency as we work to meet rising demand in India and international markets.”

The deal further enhances RenewSys’s position as a preferred supplier for leading module manufacturers and supports its broader mission of accelerating global clean-energy expansion.
