Sanchi Connect and Informa Markets Join Forces to Boost Global Reach for Indian Clean Energy Startups

Sanchi Connect, in collaboration with Informa Markets’ Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo, has introduced the first-ever Startup Pavilion and Investor Lounge at Asia’s second-largest clean energy summit — the REI Expo 2025.

The initiative aims to empower India’s clean energy startups by providing global exposure, investor access, and partnership opportunities. It brought together some of India’s most innovative players in renewable energy, battery technology, and climate tech with international investors, corporations, and policymakers.

Out of more than 250 applications, 35 startups were chosen to present their solutions, generating hundreds of qualified business leads and attracting strong engagement from both domestic and global investors.

Building on its deep-tech investment readiness initiatives, Sanchi Connect is expanding its role as a global market access platform, helping startups move from prototype to pilot to partnership. The company also plans to extend this model to UAE, Africa, and Southeast Asia, targeting sectors such as clean energy, mobility, health, and climate technology.
