Solarium Reports INR 117 Crore H1 FY26 Revenue; 1,000 MW Solar Module Plant to Launch in January 2026

Nov 18, 2025

Solarium Green Energy Ltd. has announced strong financial and operational performance for the first half of FY26, supported by rising demand across the residential and government solar segments. According to its latest Investor Presentation, the company recorded INR 117 crore in revenue from operations, marking a 43% year-on-year increase, while EBITDA rose 36% to INR 16 crore and PAT grew 22% to INR 9 crore. Over the last three years, Solarium has delivered consistent growth with a CAGR of 11% in revenue, 79% in EBITDA, and 112% in PAT.

The company is now pursuing large-scale backward integration with a 1,000 MW solar module manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad. Built with TOPCon, half-cut, and bifacial technologies, the plant is scheduled for commissioning by mid-January 2026. With 85% utilisation, the facility could generate annual revenues exceeding INR 1,000 crore, while strengthening Solarium’s EPC bidding capabilities and ensuring in-house supply for residential installations.

Business Performance & Segment Contributions

For FY25, Solarium reported revenue of INR 230 crore, EBITDA of INR 26 crore, and PAT of INR 19 crore. In H1 FY26, the residential rooftop and government segments remained the largest contributors, accounting for 32% and 36% of revenues, respectively.

The company has a strong presence across 15 states and UTs, supported by a workforce of around 400 professionals. Key project verticals include:

• Residential rooftop: 109+ MW

• Ground-mounted solar: 40+ MW

• Solar-wind hybrid systems: 300+ kW

• Carports: 881+ kW

• Solar trees: 141+ kW

• Energy storage systems: 300+ kW

Order Book & Market Visibility

Solarium reported a healthy unexecuted order book of INR 229 crore and L1 pending orders worth INR 209 crore for H1 FY26. New orders during the period included:

• INR 105 crore from government projects

• INR 35 crore from Kirloskar Solar Tech

The company’s tender pipeline now exceeds INR 900 crore, providing strong visibility for upcoming quarters.

Strategic Developments

Key strategic achievements in H1 FY26 include:

• Technology transfer agreements from DRDO and ARDE for solar thermal systems in cold regions

• Collaboration with NISE under MNRE to advance solar heating technologies

• Regional partnership with WattPower Systems to expand inverter and service offerings in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh

Chairman & Managing Director Ankit Garg emphasized continued focus on the residential and government segments. Under the Solarium Saarthi franchise initiative, the company expanded its presence to 25 new cities, onboarding about 450 new partners.

The introduction of GST 2.0, reducing GST on modules and inverters from 12% to 5%, is expected to accelerate rooftop solar adoption across India.

Outlook

In H2 FY26, Solarium aims to:

• Commission the new 1,000 MW manufacturing facility

• Maintain EPC growth momentum

• Leverage backward integration to boost competitiveness

The company noted that residential rooftop installations are becoming a major driver of India’s clean energy transition—supported by initiatives like PM Surya Ghar, which targets 10 million solar-powered homes. With India’s renewable energy capacity surpassing 238 GW, and solar contributing nearly 47%, Solarium sees a strong runway for future expansion.

Backed by a robust order pipeline, new manufacturing capacity, and deepened capabilities across EPC and structures, Solarium is positioning itself as an integrated solar solutions provider contributing meaningfully to India’s renewable energy goals.
