Transrail Secures Rs 822 Crore in New Contracts, Including Major 400 kV T&D EPC Project in the GCC

Transrail Lighting Limited, a prominent turnkey EPC company in the Power Transmission and Distribution (T&D) sector with diversified operations across Civil, Railways, Poles & Lighting, and Solar EPC, has announced fresh orders worth Rs822 crore. The new wins include a significant international contract for a 400 kV transmission line EPC project in a GCC nation, along with additional projects in its Civil and Poles & Lighting segments. With these orders, Transrail’s cumulative inflows for FY26 have crossed Rs25,110 crore, showcasing strong demand and a solid orderbook.
The company also holds L1 status for projects exceeding Rs2,000 crore, further boosting visibility for future awards and reinforcing its growth trajectory for the rest of FY26.
Commenting on the development, Randeep Narang, MD & CEO, said the new EPC contract marks a major milestone as Transrail expands into a new GCC geography with a high-value 400 kV project. He added that the latest wins demonstrate the company’s strengthening capabilities across multiple regions and business segments. With FY26 inflows surpassing Rs25,110 crore and a robust L1 pipeline, Transrail is well-positioned to maintain strong momentum in both order acquisition and project execution.
