Vikram Solar Secures 148.9 MW Order from Sunsure Energy, Boosting India’s Clean Energy Drive

Vikram Solar, one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, has secured a major order of 148.9 MW of high-efficiency solar modules from Sunsure Energy, a prominent renewable energy solutions provider serving Indian businesses and utilities. The modules, rated at 595 Wp, will be deployed across Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, two key states driving India’s renewable energy expansion.
Under the agreement, Vikram Solar will supply its advanced M10R N-Type TOPCon modules, known for high energy yield, efficiency, and reliability. This contract adds to the company’s strong performance in 2025, following significant orders of 200 MW from AB Energia, 336 MW from L&T Construction, and 326 MW from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited.

The project will support India’s target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030, while promoting local economic growth, enhancing energy security, and reducing carbon emissions.
