Waaree Secures Largest-Ever 2 GW Solar EPC Contract from Jindal Renewables

Waaree Renewables Technologies (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has achieved a major milestone by securing an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract for a 2 GW solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The contract was awarded by Sunbreeze Renewable Nine, a special-purpose vehicle of Jindal Renewables.

This landmark deal marks the largest solar EPC contract in Waaree’s history. The agreement involves the complete development and execution of the solar project, including:

• Designing and engineering the project infrastructure.
• Procurement and supply of all required materials.
• Construction, testing, and commissioning of the facility.
• Delivery of clean energy to the designated injection point.
