Feb 11, 2026

Bondada Engineering has completed and commissioned a total of 69.51 MWp of solar power projects across Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu in January 2026. The installations were executed for Paradigm IT, MAHAGENCO, and NLC India at multiple sites.

The projects span locations including Hingoli, Achalpur, Bhusawal, and Vajiapur in Maharashtra, along with Neyveli in Tamil Nadu. With the successful commissioning of these assets, the company has further strengthened its execution track record in delivering multi-location renewable energy projects.

In a regulatory filing, Bondada Engineering stated that the timely completion of these projects underscores its capability as a dependable and scalable EPC player in the renewable energy space. The company highlighted disciplined project management, technical proficiency, and strict compliance with safety and quality benchmarks as key factors behind the smooth execution and handover.

Bondada Engineering currently maintains a solar EPC pipeline of around 3.3 GW. In December 2025, it secured a Rs391.38 crore Balance of System (BoS) EPC contract from NTPC Green Energy for a 300 MW solar project in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. During the same period, the company also won a Rs945.11 crore order from NLC India Renewables for BoS works associated with 810 MW of solar capacity at the RVUNL Solar Park in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

Earlier, in November 2025, Bondada Engineering entered into a five-year strategic partnership with the Adani Group to develop large-scale solar projects across India. As part of the initial engagement under this collaboration, the company received a Letter of Intent worth Rs1,050 crore for BoS supply and installation works for a 650 MW solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.

Financially, the company reported strong growth in the third quarter of FY26. Revenue rose 89 percent year-on-year to Rs712.28 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) increased by 119 percent to Rs54.20 crore, reflecting significant operational momentum.
