Clean Electric Launches 15-Minute Universal EV Charging Technology

At the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, Clean Electric introduced a groundbreaking 15-minute universal rapid charging system for light electric vehicles (LEVs). Built on the BIS-approved Standardized Open Network Type-6 standard, the system addresses charging speed and compatibility issues, enhancing EV practicality.
Clean Electric has partnered with Bounce to power its e-2W fleet with 60–80 km range in 15–20 minutes and Omega Seiki Mobility to deliver 125 km in 15 minutes for e-3Ws. Mass production begins March 2025, with nationwide deployment planned. CEO Akash Gupta called the innovation transformative for India’s EV adoption goals.
