Dec 10, 2025
Cummins India showcased a range of next-generation power solutions at EXCON 2025, featuring its new CPCB IV+ compliant 82.5 kVA genset alongside future-ready diesel and hydrogen engine technologies. The lineup underscores the company’s focus on delivering cleaner, more efficient, and reliable power systems for the construction, infrastructure, mining, and quick-commerce sectors.
The newly introduced genset is designed for enhanced fuel efficiency, quieter operation, and robust performance, catering to the demanding requirements of heavy-duty and fast-paced project environments across India.
In addition to the genset, Cummins presented its latest diesel engines and hydrogen internal combustion engines, along with advanced emission control systems developed to help equipment manufacturers meet increasingly stringent environmental standards.
Shveta Arya, Managing Director of Cummins India Ltd., said that the company’s participation at EXCON 2025 reflects its commitment to supporting India’s infrastructure growth with high-quality, locally manufactured technologies for both domestic and global markets.
The power portfolio displayed at the event included the QSB4.5, L10, and M15 diesel engines, the B6.7H hydrogen engine, and the 9-inch Single Module aftertreatment system. These solutions are engineered to offer higher uptime, reduced operating costs, and lower emissions for heavy-duty applications.
Cummins India also emphasized its ongoing push toward localized manufacturing to strengthen service networks and improve product durability across India’s varied operating conditions.
