Euler Motors Introduces ‘Euler Prime’ to Deliver Faster, Predictive EV Support Nationwide

Euler Motors has launched ‘Euler Prime’, a rapid-response, on-site support service aimed at providing real-time and preventive assistance to its electric vehicle customers across India. The first rollout phase covers over 45 cities, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna.
The new service features trained technicians deployed on mobile bikes and vans, offering customers quick assistance—with response times starting at just 90 minutes in major cities. For incidents occurring outside city limits or along highways, the company aims to resolve issues within 4 to 5 hours.
Built to maximise uptime for Euler’s commercial EV fleet, Euler Prime helps users avoid income loss caused by unexpected breakdowns. The service operates on Shepherd, Euler’s proprietary telematics and vehicle intelligence platform, which provides real-time diagnostics, remote monitoring and predictive maintenance—often identifying problems before drivers become aware of them.
“Euler Prime is a significant leap in enhancing the EV ownership experience. Our objective is to ensure the highest utilisation of customer assets,” said Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors.
He added that by combining fast field support with the intelligence of the Shepherd platform, the company is turning after-sales service into a productivity advantage, tackling issues before they escalate.
The programme is available to all new customers and those covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), while existing users can subscribe to it on a paid basis.
With this initiative, Euler Motors strengthens its commitment to creating a reliable and proactive EV support ecosystem focused on uptime and operational efficiency.
