Exeliq Solutions Unveils AI-Powered VoltPRO Series for Smarter EV Battery Testing

Exeliq Tech Solutions, a Noida-based innovator in automotive testing systems for electric vehicles, has launched the AI-powered VoltPRO Series, a breakthrough solution engineered to transform EV battery testing and analysis with intelligent automation and precision insights.
Developed fully in-house by Exeliq’s R&D and engineering teams, the VoltPRO Series delivers real-time, data-backed intelligence on battery health, lifecycle performance, and safety. The platform is designed to help EV manufacturers enhance efficiency, reliability, and sustainability across production and testing lines.
The VoltPRO range features three models — BTM80, BTM300, and BTM500 — each tailored for high-voltage battery testing. These systems utilize bi-directional regenerative power technology, enabling efficient energy recovery and reduced consumption during intensive test cycles.
Equipped with integrated AI analytics, VoltPRO can track key parameters such as State of Charge (SoC), State of Health (SoH), and battery degradation patterns, helping detect issues early and enabling smarter decision-making in both production and R&D environments.
