Insolation Green Infra Bags Rs232 Crore Solar Power Project in Rajasthan Under PM-KUSUM Scheme
Oct 31, 2025
Insolation Energy Ltd. (INA Solar) has announced that its subsidiary, Insolation Green Infra, has secured a turnkey order worth Rs 232.36 crore from Silgo Retail Ltd. to develop a 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC) grid-synchronised solar power project across multiple locations in Rajasthan under the PM-KUSUM Scheme.
According to a regulatory filing, the scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection supervision, testing, and commissioning of the solar project, which will contribute to the expansion of distributed renewable energy in rural India.
Earlier in September, Insolation Green Infra had received Letters of Intent (LoIs) for developing 226.45 MW of solar capacity under Component A of the PM-KUSUM Yojana. The company expects to invest around Rs 750 crore in setting up these projects, which are projected to generate annual revenues of Rs 98.47 crore.
In its financial performance for FY25, INA Solar reported a revenue surge of 80.9%, reaching Rs 1,338 crore compared to Rs 737.2 crore in FY24. The company’s profit after tax (PAT) more than doubled to Rs 126.2 crore, up from Rs 55.5 crore the previous year — reflecting its strong growth trajectory in India’s renewable energy sector.
