iRasus’ Preksha Platform Boosts Jouletap’s EV Battery Reliability and Cuts Fleet Downtime

iRasus Technologies, a company known for its AI-powered battery analytics and energy intelligence solutions, announced that its year-long partnership with Jouletap (Rolfe Motors and Energy Pvt. Ltd.) has resulted in significant improvements across the EV manufacturer’s battery ecosystem.

According to the company, Jouletap—one of India’s key suppliers of lithium battery systems for electric vehicles—has been using iRasus’ Preksha battery intelligence platform since November 2023. The platform has helped enhance battery performance, minimise operational downtime, and prolong asset life across Jouletap’s nationwide EV fleet.

Preksha leverages predictive maintenance, intelligent fault management, and real-time data analytics to strengthen battery reliability at a time when India’s EV sector is growing rapidly and demand for dependable energy storage is at an all-time high.

Speaking on the collaboration, Anirudh Ramesh, CTO and Co-Founder of iRasus, said the company aims to make advanced battery intelligence more accessible to businesses driving India’s electric mobility transition. Jouletap’s Vendor Development & Quality Control Lead, Ankit Kumar, noted that Preksha’s dashboards and mobile application have boosted operational efficiency and improved customer experience, describing iRasus as a “critical growth partner.”

As India evolves into a prominent global EV manufacturing hub—where battery reliability remains a major challenge—iRasus says its analytics suite, dashboards, and APIs are designed to support every segment of the battery value chain, including OEMs, fleet operators, and charging infrastructure providers.
