Leapting Technology Wins BluPine Energy Contract for 662 Solar Cleaning Robots

Leapting Technology has signed a major contract with BluPine Energy to supply 662 units of its G1 2P fully automatic, waterless cleaning robots for two 100 MWp solar projects in Radhanpur, Gujarat. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and ensure optimal energy generation across BluPine’s large-scale solar assets.

The Leapting G1 cleaning robots feature zero-damage cleaning technology, IP65-rated dust and water resistance, and all-wheel drive capability for slopes up to 25°. Each unit can clean up to 4,000 square metres per hour and offers remote monitoring through LoRa/4G connectivity, enabling reliable, low-maintenance performance even in challenging environmental conditions.

According to Leapting Technology, the collaboration with BluPine Energy underscores its commitment to advancing automation in solar operations and maintenance (O&M)—helping reduce environmental impact while maximizing energy output and plant performance.

In a statement, the company said, “This collaboration marks a major step toward smart and sustainable solar management. Together with BluPine Energy, we aim to redefine the future of clean energy efficiency in India.”

The agreement highlights the growing adoption of intelligent, waterless robotic cleaning systems in India’s solar industry as developers increasingly prioritize operational sustainability and long-term efficiency.
