NueGo Expands Its National Footprint With New Electric Bus Routes Across South and North India

GreenCell Mobility has announced a significant expansion of its electric intercity bus service, NueGo, with the introduction of several new routes spanning South and North India. The latest additions further strengthen NueGo’s position as one of the country’s fastest-growing electric travel networks, now connecting more than 120 cities nationwide.

The expanded network includes several high-demand corridors such as Chennai–Salem, Gurugram–Jaipur, Delhi–Lucknow, Bangalore–Mangalore, Vijayawada–Chennai, Vijayawada–Tirupati, Jaipur–Udaipur, and Pondicherry–Trichy, among others. These new routes aim to enhance regional mobility and offer improved connectivity for business and leisure travellers alike.

Devndra Chawla, Managing Director and CEO of GreenCell Mobility and NueGo, said the expansion marks an important step in reshaping India’s intercity bus travel segment. “Through continuous route expansion, enhanced safety measures, and upgraded in-bus amenities, we are focused on delivering a superior travel experience while supporting a cleaner, emission-free future,” he said.

Safety remains at the core of NueGo’s service standards. Every coach undergoes 25 comprehensive safety inspections—covering both mechanical and electrical systems—before each departure. The fleet is equipped with CCTV cameras, driver breath analysers, real-time monitoring systems, and speed-limiting technology, ensuring a secure travel environment for all passengers, including women and families.
