Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. (ORSL) and SLPP Re-New Join Forces to Expand High-Efficiency CBG Projects in India

Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. (ORSL) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with SLPP Re-New LLP to jointly tap opportunities in India’s expanding Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) market.

The partnership will combine SLPP Re-New’s membrane-based biogas purification technology with ORSL’s integrated Technology, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (TEPC) as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) capabilities. Together, the companies aim to deliver efficient and scalable bioenergy solutions across multiple regions.

Under the agreement, SLPP Re-New will serve as the preferred technology partner for advanced membrane purification systems, while ORSL will oversee project execution, system integration, and lifecycle management of CBG facilities. The two firms plan to jointly bid for both government and private sector projects aligned with India’s waste-to-energy and clean fuel initiatives.

Company representatives stated that the collaboration is designed to enhance efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance of biogas plants, while accelerating the rollout of sustainable bioenergy infrastructure. The move reinforces the growing focus on CBG as a key component of India’s broader clean energy and circular economy strategy.
