Bondada Engineering, a Hyderabad-based EPC and infrastructure company, has successfully commissioned 48.47 MWp of solar projects for clients including Paradigm IT, MAHAGENCO, and NLC.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the commissioned capacity spans multiple clusters in Dhule, Sambhajinagar, Jalgaon, and Parbhani in Maharashtra, along with additional installations in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu. The projects were officially completed on November 30, 2025.
Bondada Engineering stated that this achievement marks a significant step in its contribution to India’s renewable energy goals. The company emphasized that the timely execution of these projects reflects its strong focus on delivering reliable and sustainable clean energy infrastructure.
This milestone follows the commissioning of 78.3 MW of solar projects for major independent power producers—including NLC, Paradigm IT, and MAHAGENCO—in October 2025.
In November 2025, Bondada Engineering announced a five-year partnership with the Adani Group to jointly develop large-scale solar projects nationwide. As the first initiative under this collaboration, the company received a Letter of Intent worth Rs1,050 crore for BoS supply and installation for a 650 MW solar project at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.
During the same month, it also secured a Rs465 crore Letter of Award from MAHAGENCO to establish a 100 MW solar project in Maharashtra.
Financially, Bondada Engineering reported robust growth in H1 FY26, with revenue increasing 153% to Rs1,216 crore and profit after tax rising 151% to Rs92.56 crore. The renewable energy division contributed Rs955 crore, accounting for 78% of total revenue. The company’s order book currently stands at Rs5,989 crore, supported by active and upcoming projects across renewable energy, telecom, railways, battery storage, and manufacturing.
