CleanMax Group Firm Gets Nod for 200 MW Solar Park in Andhra Pradesh with INR 1,200 Crore Outlay
Feb 27, 2026
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has cleared a proposal to set up a 200 MW solar power park in the state’s Sathya Sai district. The project will be developed by Yashaswa Power LLP, a group company of CleanMax Enviro.
Planned with an investment of Rs 1,200 crore, the solar park will have a capacity of 200 MW AC (300 MWp DC). The facility will be spread across nearly 1,200 acres in Beechiganipalle and adjoining villages of Parigi Mandal. Once operational, it is expected to generate approximately 445 million units of electricity annually.
The project is also projected to create around 690 direct and indirect employment opportunities in the region. Power generated from the park will be evacuated through the 400/220 kV APTransco substation at Hindupur, ensuring seamless integration into the state grid.
According to an official statement, the approval is in line with the state’s Integrated Clean Energy Policy 2024 and strengthens Andhra Pradesh’s standing as a preferred destination for large-scale renewable energy investments.
CleanMax Enviro delivers renewable energy and net-zero decarbonisation solutions to commercial and industrial consumers across India. The company has also launched a Rs 3,100 crore initial public offering, with shares proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India in early March.
