Cliantech Solutions Teams Up with Encore Systems to Strengthen India’s BESS Manufacturing Capacity

Cliantech Solutions and Encore Systems have joined forces to enhance Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing and bolster India’s domestic lithium battery production ecosystem.
Cliantech Solutions has announced a new collaboration with Encore Systems aimed at advancing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing in India. The partnership is positioned to address the rising demand for cutting-edge lithium battery production technologies within the country.
Cliantech Solutions offers comprehensive lithium battery manufacturing capabilities, providing turnkey, semi-automatic, and fully automated assembly lines covering lithium cell, module, pack, and container-level production. These systems are scalable all the way up to gigawatt-class capacities.
As part of the partnership, Encore Systems will oversee complete project execution—from concept feasibility studies and plant engineering to prototype development, workforce training, installation, production ramp-up, automation integration, MES connectivity, certifications, and long-term maintenance support. Its solutions deliver full production traceability, consistent quality, data-driven improvements, and Industry 4.0-ready operational intelligence.
Encore Systems also enables global technology transfer through collaborations with leading Tier-1 suppliers, helping customers establish domestic manufacturing ecosystems backed by proven production expertise. The Shinhop-powered MES-integrated smart automation lines further enhance efficiency and manufacturing intelligence.
With more than five decades of combined technology experience, over 150 projects completed across India and overseas, and more than 20 GWh of installed assembly capacity, Encore Systems has built a solid foothold in EV, energy storage, and solar-storage sectors. Its strengths span customised equipment engineering, OEM alliances, MES–ERP connectivity, and round-the-clock technical support.
