Dharan Infra Solar Wins INR 215 Crore Contract for 75 MW Solar Projects Across Maharashtra

Nov 05, 2025

Dharan Infra Solar, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dharan Infra-EPC, has secured an INR 215 crore order from Skymax Infrapower to develop 75 MW (AC) / 95.10 MWp (DC) of grid-connected, ground-mounted solar projects across nine sites in Maharashtra’s Nanded district. The company confirmed the agreement through a recent regulatory filing, marking another milestone in its rapid expansion within India’s renewable energy sector.

Under the agreement, Dharan Infra Solar will be responsible for the design, supply, and installation of all plant equipment, structural works, and related facilities required for the establishment and operation of the solar power plants. The projects will be implemented and commissioned in phases as per a mutually agreed execution schedule between both companies.

This order strengthens Dharan Infra Solar’s growing portfolio since its establishment in June 2025, when Dharan Infra-EPC announced its formal entry into the renewable energy space through the subsidiary. Within a short span, the company has successfully secured multiple large-scale solar projects across India.

In September 2025, the firm was awarded an INR 262.10 crore contract for developing a grid-connected solar power project aimed at solarising segregated agricultural feeders across various districts of Uttar Pradesh. Earlier, it also received EPC contracts worth INR 1,171.21 crore from Skymax Infrapower for infrastructure development and renewable-linked works at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.

With this new project win, Dharan Infra Solar continues to strengthen its position as an emerging player in India’s solar EPC landscape, aligning with the nation’s vision to accelerate the adoption of clean and sustainable energy solutions.
