GP Eco Solutions India to Establish Solar Manufacturing Facility in Madhya Pradesh

GP Eco Solutions India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to set up a solar manufacturing facility in the state. The facility will have a production capacity of 5 GW of solar panels and 2 GW of solar cells, strengthening India's push for domestic solar manufacturing under its Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

This investment aligns with Madhya Pradesh’s growing role as a renewable energy hub, with multiple companies committing to solar, wind, and hybrid energy projects in the state. The move also supports India's broader goal of reducing reliance on imported solar modules while meeting the surging demand for clean energy infrastructure.

This development follows a series of renewable energy MoUs signed at the Global Investor Summit 2025, reinforcing Madhya Pradesh’s position as a key player in India's solar sector.
