HEPL Renewable Energy and Gautam Solar Sign 100 MW Solar Module Supply MoU at REI 2025
Nov 04, 2025
Madhya Pradesh–based EPC firm HEPL Renewable Energy has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gautam Solar for the supply of 100 MW of high-efficiency solar modules. The agreement was formalised during the Renewable Energy India (REI) Expo 2025 held in Greater Noida.
According to Harshit Shrivastava, Director of HEPL Renewable Energy, this partnership represents one of the largest single-vendor procurements under the PM-KUSUM (A) Yojana, further solidifying HEPL’s standing as a leading renewable energy developer in Madhya Pradesh.
The 100 MW collaboration will facilitate distributed solar installations across rural areas, enabling farmers to adopt clean energy solutions while creating local employment opportunities, boosting energy independence, and strengthening agricultural sustainability.
The MoU underscores the shared vision of both companies to accelerate India’s renewable energy mission, empower rural communities, and drive Madhya Pradesh’s ongoing solar transformation.
