KLK Ventures Inks Renewable Energy Pact at Uttar Pradesh Investment Roadshow in Singapore

KLK Ventures signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Uttar Pradesh during an investment roadshow held in Singapore on February 24, 2026. The event was organised in collaboration with the High Commission of India in Singapore and highlighted Uttar Pradesh’s expanding investment landscape.

The roadshow featured an address by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who outlined the state’s policy reforms, infrastructure expansion, and emerging opportunities across sectors. Against this backdrop, KLK Ventures formalised its intent to explore renewable energy investments within the state.

The proposed collaboration aims to support Uttar Pradesh’s clean energy targets while leveraging Singapore’s strengths in innovation, sustainable finance, and advanced technologies. Company representatives noted that the agreement reflects their strategic interest in participating in India’s rapidly growing renewable energy market.

By entering into this MoU, KLK Ventures signalled its plans to expand its footprint in India and contribute to infrastructure-driven, sustainable growth aligned with the state’s long-term energy transition objectives.
