KPI Green Energy Bags Rs 1,050 Crore LoI from FVE Lifecare for 600 MW Solar Plus Storage Project

Oct 31, 2025

KPI Green Energy, a subsidiary of KP Group, has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from UAE-based FVE Lifecare General Trading, part of the F Plus Group, for developing a 600 MW Round-the-Clock (RTC) solar and energy storage project valued at approximately ?1,050 crore.

In a regulatory filing, KPI Green Energy confirmed that KP Group has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with F Plus Healthcare Technologies to advance this collaboration.

The project underscores KPI’s growing capability to deliver large-scale, technology-driven renewable energy solutions that support the expanding needs of life sciences and high-tech infrastructure globally. Power generated will be used under captive and group-captive arrangements for F Plus facilities worldwide.

According to the company, the project structure will be finalized through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Joint Venture, or strategic investment model, and executed in phases in alignment with FVE Lifecare’s global expansion roadmap.

Under the partnership, KPI Green Energy will handle the design, development, financing, and commissioning of the integrated Solar + Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) infrastructure to ensure reliable 24/7 green power delivery. Meanwhile, FVE Lifecare will engage in long-term power offtake agreements to enhance the project’s bankability and sustainability.

Beyond power generation, KPI Green Energy intends to leverage carbon credit monetisation, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs), and green certifications in compliance with global standards such as IRENA and UNFCCC frameworks.

This strategic collaboration also marks KPI’s foray into high-growth segments including modular data centres, healthcare innovation, and life sciences, delivering clean energy to support digital and scientific infrastructure.

The initial phase of the project will be rolled out across Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh, with a long-term plan to expand across Asia, the Middle East, GCC, and Africa through a scalable deployment model.
