NGSL Secures 400 MWh BESS Contract from NTPC, Marks Entry into Energy Storage

NTPC GE Services Limited has won a 400 MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) EPC contract from NTPC Limited, signalling its formal entry into the rapidly expanding energy storage segment.

The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract represents a strategic milestone for NGSL, positioning the company to play a key role in enhancing grid stability and enabling higher integration of renewable energy sources.
