Pace Digitek Wins Rs 375.72 Crore Solar EPC Contract from Bondada Engineering for 300 MW Project

Pace Digitek has secured a solar EPC contract valued at Rs 375.72 crore from Bondada Engineering for the execution of balance of system (BOS) works for a 300 MW AC solar power project.

The contract also includes operations and maintenance (O&M) services for three years, with the project scheduled for completion within 15 months.

Under the agreement, Pace Digitek will be responsible for the complete end-to-end delivery of the project.

The scope of work includes engineering and design, site development, and comprehensive EPC services such as manufacturing, inspection, supply, insurance, logistics, storage, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Post-commissioning, the company will provide O&M support for a period of three years.

Commenting on the order win, Venugopal Rao Maddisetty, Chairman and Managing Director of Pace Digitek, said that the Rs 3,757.25 million mandate for the 300 MW solar project represents a significant milestone in the company’s growth within the renewable energy sector.

He noted that the partnership with Bondada Engineering highlights Pace Digitek’s technical capabilities in delivering large-scale and complex EPC projects.

He further added that the company is committed to completing the project within the stipulated 15-month timeframe, contributing to the strengthening of India’s renewable energy infrastructure through reliable execution and robust engineering practices.

The project timeline will commence from the date of receipt of the Letter of Award (LoA).
